Every machine goes through our Rigid Quality Protocol. This includes de-installation by experts, full parts replacement where necessary, cosmetic refurbishment, and rigorous phantom testing to meet AERB and OEM standards.

Can you help with room shielding and site planning?

Absolutely. Our team provides turnkey solutions, including site layout design, Lead/Copper shielding consultation, and power requirement planning specifically for MRI and CT installations.

What is the typical delivery and installation timeline?

Timelines vary based on the equipment type and site readiness. Generally, installation is completed within 2 to 4 weeks after the equipment arrives at your facility.

Do you provide technical training for operators?

Yes. Once the installation is complete, our application specialists provide hands-on training for your technicians and doctors to ensure they are comfortable with the software and hardware.
